Something's a little off here...
Gaster always dressed and undressed them so they're used to people taking their gowns on and off. Sans in particular since he spent a lot more time in and out of the tube than Papyrus did.

I actually had a heck of a time reconciling Asgore's height with the skelefamily's height, since usually Gaster was a head shorter, then Papyrus was a head shorter than him, and then it just gets sort of ridiculous and AAAGH
In the end I fudged it somewhat, haha
