I absolutely love this. You have my heartfelt congratulations for being able to use watercolors and keep it simple. I'm learning watercolors, and it's exasperating in that it really is a medium that requires you to essentially learn how to make mistakes artistically. Considering my other medium is oils or pencils and I have spent four hours sketching a SHOE before, the concept of making one brush stroke and then letting it be infuriates me.
Anyway, I tried to actually use this piece as inspiration for a painting last night, because conveniently I am trying to make a picture of a character of mine who is a pilot. There are words for the the result, but none of them are fit to be repeated in polite company. 
I utterly love this piece.

Wow thanks for that comment. Yea watercolour can be tough, you just have to do again and again until you can create that perfect look with out over doing it. Hope your painting comes out ok.
