hmm...pretty nice. Although, I can tell the image has car, and possibly the background have been scanned. You should look for a descreening option on your scanner. It (mostly) eliminates the moire pattern created from scanning half tone printed material.
Nice colours and effects on this.

Also, perhaps it might have looked better with the car smaller, or cropped less tightly. When you look at professional car photos, you'll notice that when they're moving, they often have a lot more space at the front of the shot, to give the viewer the impression that the car is moving.

Something to think about. Overall though, it's a nice piece, and a good looking car too. Keep it up mate!
