Woah. Who would have thought my first fanart here would be Earthworm Jim!
For those of you that don't know, Earthworm Jim started out as a video game way back in the 90's. The first time I played it... I fell in love with it! The game has brilliant animation style and random, wacky humor that I always enjoy. The video game then got a sequel... which was even better than the first... and then its own cartoon on WB. I remeber seeing the cartoons only about once or twice though. Sadly, Earthworm Jim kind of died out in the late 90's after Shiney Entertainment (company that made the game) sold out the rights to some other game companies, who failed to make a decent Nintendo 64 sequel.

Anyways, on to the art. It began when I was doing a little showing off in groupboard.com [link] . I started drawing the head of Jim, and a few others started helping out, drawing a body and nice outlines. Unfortunately, as usual to Groupboard... Some idiot had to erase it all...
The 2 others that were helping chatted with me, and we decided to do it again, but this time at board called 'Scribblers Cult' [link] . If you see this one in comparison to the one at groupboard.com, you'd know that its WAY more private and WAY bigger.

So we started... me with the head, one sketching the body, and the other waiting to start coloring it. The task was arduous , for the other guy kept erasing and redoing things because he wanted it perfect, so I helped the best I could smoothing out lines and touching-up things here and there.

An hour or 2 passed, and it was beginning to get late... So I left to go to sleep while they still worked on it. I came back to the site the next day and saw that they had saved it... I opened it up, and it still was all sketchy.
So, what'd I do? Took it into Photoshop, fixed all the lines, and colored it! All using the pencil and fill tool to keep it pixelated. Voila. He was done!

So yeah... woooh... thats a big story I had to tell. Whatever, hope you got a kick out of it and that it didn't waste your time! Enjoy!

PS- Snott is the green gooey guy that sits in Jim's backpack, helping him out in the game.
