Card itself is a bit of an experiment, it's a Link Monster which is able to reverse the field. The reason for doing so is in case your opponent has occupied the other Extra Monster Zone and you want to continue linking monsters in the other direction. So for example, your opponent has a Link Monster in the left EMZ, then you can Link Summon this card and reverse the field so you are able to Summon even more monsters. Also makes you able to mess up the opponent's Link Arrows, since their monsters can be in a completely different zone.
