I think Raticate can be adorable once it closes it's mouth, haha. But that scary face gives him character-- I always liked it better when the pokemon were frightening/tough looking.. :>

I never thought to look past its tough looks. In the games it looks like if you try to touch it it might bite your hand really badly but owning one could be really awesome. I mean having a tough looking pokemon like that in your party. I see what your getting at. Also there faces do give them character.

Oh deffinatly agreed. The "fairy" pokemon I don't favor much. Like clafairies and the sort. There rather weak and they dont learn much useful attacks. Plus it wouldn't be that intimidating in battle.. even at level 100 it wouldnt be.

I swear, I'm the only person in the world that likes Venasaur better than cute little bulbasaur.. xDDD Venasaur is so cuddly and awesome, but is very scary and looks like it can kill at the same time! I'd love to sleep against one camping outside somewhere.. I can imagine a lot of scary pokemon being very sweet. :>
...D: I gotta stop thinking of things like that, makes me want pokemon real even more. ;-;

It's like a cuddly gaurd pokemon.
I just realized that in the game if it where like real life you could use sleep powder on the villans and thats how you could beat them...that might be the easiest way to win the game ever

yup. Venusaur would be a good gaurd pokemon. One scary pokemon I might never like would be swampert.. though its powerful and intimidating.. I just think they could of made a better evolution. My childhood self was sad when it evolved into that.

Yeah.. Deffinatly needs some tweeks and then I would be happy to evolve mine. Have you seen the possible 3rd evolutions for the new 3 pokemon starters for black and white? The pig is Scaaaary. Looks like a sumo restler.

I sure hope they arnt the final evolutions. I was hoping the grass starter would turn into a dragon and I imagined the pig and otter to look a lot better as well. There very dissapointing thats for sure.

I'm fine with the grass one being a snake, because starters are NEVER dragon types[that would be an unfair advantage], but I'm not liking how it looks currently. The pig looks stupid and I hate it, and the otter-- I already saw the 2nd evo[which has been confirmed for awhile] but I imagined different colors, and the final evolution for wotter DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE. D:< I MEAN LOOK AT IT WHAT IS IT SUPPOSED TO BE?!?>!?

The snake I thought it would look dragon like just how charzard turned out that way though if it where actual dragon type that would be awesome but your right an unfair advantage. The pig is horrible! I mean who would come up with a design like THAT. The artist who came up with it must of been incredably lazy or just thought it would be funny. The otter I thought it was supposed to be an otter but that... I agree what is it even? a dolphin/otter with a beard and mustach?

Yeah, well, I don't like the colors that the snake ended up with-- I wish they would have stayed with the same color scheme, but they had to add that ugly pale green in there. Ugh.
The pig is horrible and will give me nightmares. I hate it.
The otter and it's evo is fine with me[I WISH IT WAS WHITE INSTEAD OF BLUEE D:<] but the third evo doesn't even look like it belongs to the same evo line!

Its going to be the worst game ever. When I get it I am going to rant about what they should of done to the game. Well it might not be that bad of a game but I'm losing all hope for black and white.

Other than some of the pokemon, I'm very hopeful for Black and White. I'm loving the characters, and the plot looks pretty intricate. I like how the players are 13-14 now instead of 10, etc. I'm upset that the follow me feature is gone, but other than that I'm not going to not buy the game b/c of starters.. xD

yeah the plot looks nice. Deffinatly the age you have in the game is nice but if its anything like what they did to sinnoh... They wont have many good pokemon. I think they improved some things but made other things worse in the game.

Well, if it wasn't a different region, what would the new pokemon games be? It's too early to make RSE remakes, and the other gens have already been remade. I'm tired of ranger and pokemon mystery dungeon games. I don't mind it's a new region, I'm happy [though I wish they made another game in Orre >_<].. They changed ALOT in DPPT, and now they are just trying to add a new flare to the series with B+W, seeing as a lot of fans are getting bored, you know?

Yeah. I love and hate the fact that there are only all new pokemon up until you beat the Elite 4 in this game, though.. D: I'm like "Yes, it'll be refreshing!" and "NOOO I can't use my _____!"
