Red is wayyyyyyyyy too redundant in this piece.. get some greens and blues in there..... You may end up with a piece that looks like a Nebule.

the red dots are kindof overused [and easy to make in flash i might add] and they don't seem to blend correctly to the rest of the image. it's a good wallpaper, but because of it's dark theme and colour scheme i doubt it would ever make it to my desktop

Pretty kool, if you blended the background a little more and added a few more simple effects and maybe even some more color, or contrast. Not to bad.
