Pinstripe Potoroo is copyright of Crash Bandicoot by Activism. He's doing community service to pay for his many crimes as part of the mafia. Currently he's under the supervision of Jeremiah and his family - a big 'roo that Pinstripe does NOT want to get on the bad side of.******************
“Woah there, Nellie. Where do you think you’re goin?” The roo hauled him back by his overall straps, startling Pinstripe badly.
“I gotta catch up, don’t I?” He cocked an ear confused and worried. Don’t tell me I messed up bad enough they don’t trust me no more!
“Do you have a death wish or something, mate?” The older ‘roo merely looked at him, puzzled and a bit annoyed. “If ya think ya got somethin’ ta prove, drop it.” He warned, making Pinstripe’s ears wilt. The ‘roo swiveled the long stalk between his teeth, looking calmly out to the field. “I already gave the boys a tongue lashin’ for lettin’ you go on like that.”
Double dang. First I pass out like some weak princess and now I got the others scolded? They’re gonna hate me for sure. Pinstripe fretted. “I’m fine. I just maybe went a little fast.” He tried to smile convincingly, but he knew the ‘roo wasn’t buying it. “Really, I can handle this.” He insisted. “I’m tougher than I look.”
The old ‘roo just snorted. “Seems ta’ me you don’t know what you can handle.”
