Description Art trade with Uzag featuring their tarsier-monkey primate oc, Flink. I apologize that this isn't her corresponding main fur color. I didn't had that colored pencil in my roster so I had to use the closest one that matched it. Nevertheless, I hope you don't mind it and still enjoy this.

Ahaha, this is so awesome

That facial expression is amazingly exaggerated, especially in combination with the characters large eyes, and it pulls me in right away. She's looking so... cheeky! The lower canines you added in is a great touch, getting some teeth in there without interrupting clean cartoony look with a full row of them.

I got the impression that you draw primates a lot and it really shows here, there seems to be a really natural flow to the whole picture. The pose you went with is a lot of fun, the way she's standing up on her hind legs by supporting herself against something-out-of-frame.

The pink palms are super-cute and I adore how nimble the hands look. Another area I'm particularly fond of is the hind legs, the sharply shaped lines and anatomy simply stands out a little bit extra in that section.

Thank you!

(Don't worry about the colors not matching up perfectly; it's nothing that bothers me and is just something that comes along with using traditional mediums. It's even part of the charm, I'd say.)

Found what I think is the original design by the dude, and yeah, the original does seem to have a more muddy brown than the ginger chestnut shown here.

I know that feeling of when you're running low on a certain colour because you use it too much or not having an exact shade needed so I need to improvise and stuff.
