Description This is Chronologically the second of the two drawings, though the first that I drew. (Yes, I know they look a bit weird, I'm not good at humans.)

(Part 1: zebracornzedragon.deviantart.c… )

Now a short introduction to the lovely lady on the right before I get into the story.

Her name is Ronna, and she is from an alternate universe of Rythian's Blackrock Chronicles. She was actually created by the Ender Queen as a way to spy on Taroh(Created by one of my sisters, and another character from that alternate universe), who made a deal with Taroh to give him ancient/forbidden knowledge and unrivaled magical power, in exchange for getting him out of the end and him being a magical generator for her. Though in the end, he couldn't understand nearly the entirety of the knowledge the Queen gave him, it turned out that having the Endermen drain the magic he was generating actually hurt, and he ended up feeling like the Queen betrayed him. (The reason he was in the End in the first place is due to a lack of self preservation drive, and his own curiosity. "Oh hey, no one who's gone in has ever come back... let's find out what it's like!" sort of a thing happened, but the moment he entered he knew he'd made a huge mistake.)

Ronna was meant to be a copy of Rythian(Due to Rythian and Taroh being friends at the time), but endermen find it hard to tell somethings clearly(especially as Rythian kills any he finds). Thus she ended up a she, a bit shorter, and with some other minor flaws. She was also given an incomplete copy of Rythian's memories, supplemented with a few from Taroh. She finds herself unconsciously mimicking Rythian in many ways, something that was "programmed" into her. (she also changes to at least partially copy whatever Rythian the universe has, but that's not a factor in her own story.) What the Queen had not expected was for her to become her own person, take up a blade similar to Enderbane(An Athame from EE2, if you're curious, but a sword, not a dagger), and start doing the same as Rythian. (Which The Queen really should have, given that she was basing Ronna off Rythian as it was.)

In her story, Rythian knows that there's something off about her, but can't put his finger on what. She remembers things from "The Old World", but he doesn't remember her(cause they were HIS memories) and chocks it up to just not remembering everything. After a meeting with Lalna(whom Taroh had told that if he met someone whom he didn't know from the old world, he was to kill them) that swiftly went south, she teleported to somewhere, anywhere else, which happened to be right in front of Blackrock(nearing the end of season two, but before Zoey turned up). Rythian senses her, but thinks her just another enderman, or worse, the Queen returning... only to discover a very weak and injured Ronna. He brings her inside, and lets her stay. He only intended for it to be a little while, but then zoey turned up and told him he couldn't turn her away... and then the end of season two happened and it was all very messy and complicated. So she ended up staying and helping out as best she could(building the Sand Castle, more or less alone apart from Teep, while Rythian was staying by Zoey's side in the Hospital, and gathering as many items as she could, noting that the EE2 stuff was beginning to fail and remembering about the "old magic" of Thaumcraft.)

With that expositional text wall out of the way, onto the story. This takes place a little while after she escaped from the Yoglabs Facility(She used a portable hole which she'd brought with her), while Xephos was busy with the ponies. (The reason why she fled was because she already had a distrust of Xephos, based off previous experiences, and seeing him standing there looking like the leader of a strict military, she was naturally not inclined to stay there.)

~~~
Ronna crouched in an alleyway behind a dumpster, breathing hard from sprinting as fast as she could away from that awful facility. She knew she must have attracted some attention when she escaped, but she didn't have time to deal with that now. What she needed to do was figure out how the heck she got there and how on earth she was going to do to get home, but most of her rational thought was taken up by blind panic.
Gripping her sword tightly in one hand, ignoring how much it stung, she peeked out around the dumpster at the street outside, illuminated by street lamps. Upon seeing no one, she leaned against the wall behind her, and took a deep breath, trying to calm down, if only enough to think things through. She knew that Xephos would try to find her, to question her, or worse.
There was something else bothering her too, and she noted a faint purple and teal glow out of the corner her eye. When she turned to look, the eyes on her scarf were glowing, and that seemed odd. "When did I get a scarf, and where did my cape go?" She thought, glancing around again, but finding that she could kind of see through the eyes on the scarf and that she had some measure of control over how they moved. Intrigued, but not entirely comforted by this newfound ability, she figured she'd probably better move again... it wouldn't be a good thing to get captured, and it was rather cold.
"The street's not safe though... Given the way Xephos looked, he's got to have cameras set up everywhere." She thought, and swore under her breath, standing up carefully and trying to judge if she could climb up onto one of the roofs either side of the alley. Sheathing her sword carefully, she climbed onto the dumpster as quietly as she could, glancing behind herself as she did, then looking at the edge of the roof closest to her. She'd have to jump in order to reach it, and then pull herself up. "Come on, it's no different than jumping up onto the wall at the Sand Castle... You've done that a hundred times." She thought to herself, bending her knees as she prepared to spring.
She did manage to climb up on the first attempt, but made more noise than she would have liked as the lids on the dumpster clanged and clattered from her pushing off them. Taking a moment to look around nervously, she took off running, leaping across rooftops and parkouring up the sides of buildings with a practiced ease that she didn't know she had.
When she figured she was far enough away, she slowed down, and finally stopped on a gravel covered roof. Looking back, she couldn't even see the place where she'd climbed up, which was a good sign... though unfortunately as she stood there, looking across the glittering city, she felt something cold touch her bare arm. She blinked and looked up. It had begun to snow.
She didn't have a jacket or a coat because one didn't really need those sorts of things when in a desert, and now she was in a strange, unfamiliar city, at night, as snow was falling all around her. As if that all wasn't enough, she heard the crunch of someone's feet on gravel behind her, and stiffened, afraid to turn around. Panic fluttered through her again, as she tried to focus to use the scarf-eyes to see who it was.
"Who are you?" The voice was familiar, though the unfriendly and warning tone was not.
She started to turn around, but the point of a blade touched her back and she froze, terrified.
"I asked who you are." The growl in Rythian's voice scared her more than the sword did.
"R-ronna... my name's Ronna." She squeaked, lifting her hands to show she wasn't about to grab her sword. It was very cold, and she was beginning to shiver, though the nerves were certainly adding to how hard she was shaking.
"Okay, "Ronna"... Why are you here?" He said menacingly.
"I-I d-don't know... I w-was at home, w-working on some magic, and th-then suddenly I was here. And Xephos was wearing s-some military getup and I es-escaped." The cold and fear were making her stutter, and she knew she must sound like a complete idiot.
"How do I know you aren't lying...? How do I know you aren't a spy or, some abomination created by Yoglabs to hunt me down...?"
"I wouldn't work for Th-them, even if I was inclined to like s-science." She replied, trying to sound scathing, but failing due to chattering teeth, "S-so kill me now, if you're going t-to. It's not l-like it would matter a-anyway, it's either die n-now, or later by f-freezing to death, and p-personally I'd like to go out q-quicker."
For a moment, she fully expected this strange, darker Rythian to actually go through with it, but then the point of the sword was withdrawn, and he took a step back. She turned around, shivering, and looked up into his face. He looked back at her with softly glowing teal-blue eyes, the eyes on his scarf similarly glowing and bent around her watching her warily. They stood there for a full thirty seconds in silence as she shivered, and he looked down on her. He positively loomed over her, with his height and huge black cloak.
"I'll take you somewhere warm." He said finally, his expression and tone softening, "Come here, I'll carry you."
"O-okay." She replied, hesitated for a second, but then stepped forward.
He scooped her up in a bridal carry, and hopped up onto the ledge of the building. She looked down, and immediately regretted her decision, as they were more than twenty stories up. Gripping his arm tightly she turned her face away as he jumped, expecting the feeling of falling... only for him to touch down gently on a balcony of the building they'd just been standing on, and set her down.
He took her by the hand and pulled her inside the apartment, closing the sliding door behind him. Pushing her into the couch, he turned and disappeared temporarily, reappearing with a heavy blanket, which he draped over her still shivering form. He vanished into the kitchen briefly, and then came back into the room, sitting in a chair opposite her.
"Thank y-you." She said, pulling the blanket tighter around herself, and gave him the brightest smile she could manage, forgetting for a moment she was wearing a mask. Still, he seemed to understand she was smiling at him, and his eyes crinkled in a smile in return. Until a moment later when they were interrupted by a giggle that they both knew too well.
"Rythian, you brought another girl here? And here we thought that you weren't looking to date for a while!" Zoey said, laughing as she stepped into the room.
But it wasn't the Zoey Ronna knew, this one had both arms, and definitely didn't look like she'd narrowly survived a nuke. Ronna withdrew deeper into the folds of the blanket as another girl entered, one that she didn't know, and looked terrifyingly strong.
"So what's the story this time Rythian...? You must introduce us to your charming girlfriend!" Said the other girl, clearly teasing Rythian.
Rythian rolled his eyes and was about to answer when the kettle started whistling, and he nearly sprinted for the kitchen to take it off the stove. Which, of course, left Ronna alone with the other two, who plopped themselves down on either side of her on the couch.
"Sooo, how did you and Rythian meet?" Zoey teased gently, positively glowing with cheerfulness.
"Uh... On... On the roof... A few minutes ago..." Ronna said timidly. Under ordinary circumstances, she would have been fairly happy to chat with Zoey and explain everything, but the other girl was slightly intimidating.
"On the roof you say... and what's with the mask and the scarf?" The other girl said, pulling on one edge of it to bring it further into view.
"OH MY GOSH! Rythian, you're dating a FANGIRL YOU JUST MET?!" Zoey exclaimed, before bursting out laughing.
"N-no! He's not... I'm not... We're not... It... It was snowing, and I didn't have a coat." Ronna said, alarmed by their reaction.
"Don't worry, we're only teasing." The other girl said, patting Ronna gently on the back.
Rythian reappeared at that moment, carrying a mug of what smelled like hot cocoa, and looking mildly annoyed. After handing Ronna the mug, he sat down again.
"Ronna, this is Zoey Proasheck, and her Girlfriend Fiona Saberial. Zoey, Fiona, this is Ronna. She's... not from around here."
"That's one way of putting it." Ronna said darkly, taking a drink from the kitty mug she'd been handed.
"Care to elaborate further?" Rythian asked, settling himself a little more comfortably into his chair.
"It's uh... a little hard to explain. I was in my tower... working on a complicated spell. I think I accidentally used my portable hole on a crucible full of Vis, and then suddenly I was here. Well... not here, exactly, I was in a big room, and Xephos was there, and he had guards... and two small horses? And long story short I escaped using my portable hole, ran as far away as I could, and somehow ended up on the roof." Ronna explained, trying to remember everything. She had been panicking, and hadn't taken in much more than the guards with guns, and Xephos's militaristic outfit before getting out of there as fast as she could.
Rythian raised an eyebrow, interested. "Where is this 'portable hole' that you used?"
Ronna set her mug onto the coffee table in front of her, and pulled her Alchemical bag from her pocket. Pulling open the draw string, she reached inside, and groped around for it. She found the magical disk in pieces, and placed them on them on the table.
"It... must have broken on the way here." Ronna said, rather sadly.
"Oh well. I'm sure you can make another one! And maybe even show Rythian and me!" Zoey said bracingly, patting Ronna on the back.
"Yeah... I guess so." Ronna replied, smiling again.
~~~

And now that's done. (Again, I hope I did a decent job on the characters that weren't mine. I'd like to mention also that in the picture Ronna is floating slightly... why? I'm not sure.)

(Also Xephos, if you're reading this... YOU'LL NEVER CATCH ME! And even if you did, I'm not telling you where Ronna is!)

(Edit: I was informed by the sister who created Taroh that I could mention his name and some of his story, as it's important to Ronna's story... As in without his story Ronna wouldn't even exist.)

Ronna and art belong to me
Taroh belongs to one of my sisters
Rythian's design, characterization, as well as Zoey and Fiona's belong to FighterAmy
Rythian belongs to Joakim Hellstrand
Zoey and Fiona belong to themselves

The arms on Rhythian look too bendy, and the cape eyes look too elongated sideways. Also, the sword has fingers which looks like they are holding a gun. A bit weird. Overall, great piece. I have a soft spot for Yogscast fanart.

Thank you for the criticism, I am well aware of the peculiarities of the piece. (The problem with the eyes might be the fault of the camera that I used.) I am not as skilled with humans as I am with four-legged creatures, and I didn't have a reference for the pose. Ronna's fingers are indeed very odd for holding a sword, and I apologize for that.

Thank you for the compliment as well.

Also, the legs look like they shouldn't be standing. Unless they are falling backwards, try to make future works have legs which look stable.
