As meny others have already pointed out, is it refreshing to see someone that don't just copy the artwork down to the last detail.
There is but one thought in my head right now and that is why she looks surprised? it looks like she is in the middle of the fight and that is not a place where i would normally expect to see a surprised reaction. anger, fright or deep concentration would maybe have been some better emotions to use in this context but apart from this i really think that it is a piece worthy of praise
