Personality: Usually somewhat shy, Amru has trust issues and suffers from PTDS ( Post-traumatic stress disorder ) from the events of his past. Very disciplined and will almost never speak if not allowed to. Amru could barely read and write when he first came to the palace, however now he can do both plus play a number of instruments. Despite his shy attitude on a daily basis, Amru is a different person when dancing. He gets so into it he forgets all his fears, which has it's cons and pros. Amru usually has his fringe flopped over his left eye, as looking into it for an extended period of time will give you incurable sickness ( Zaire's "blessing" ).

Bio: Amru was born beyond the Central Wall in Sahera, making him one of the poor worker class. He usually played with the other kids in the muddy trails of Scorpion Walk until he was 12. Then, a couple of illegal slave traders came by. Saying Amru was 'too pretty' to be from the slums, they took him and many other people away. Of course they had to make sure all the new 'slaves' were healthy and made a mistake flipping away Amru's hair. They deemed him as cursed and put him up on the so-called "chopping block" where old, sick and injured slaves are put to be bought or killed. Then, this man came by. Seeing Amru, he bid on the boy.
"The only thing he's cursed with is beauty." Amru, being a naive child back then asked if he was rescued. But sadly, he was wrong. Since then, Amru wore a triangle burned into his arm, the mark of probably the worst slave out there. Sex slaves. He was the only one in the entire household and like the rest he had to live in poor conditions. Hell, even behind the wall was better. He often cried himself to sleep each night. Of course, his 'master' wasn't the only one using him. Whenever guests were over Amru's master let them toy with the boy as well. Sick people. Terrible people. This went on for approximately 9 years. Him just being violated, over and over. However a couple of months ago, the royal family got wind of this and decided to free the slaves and confront their 'master'. Amru was then taken to the palace where he learned to both read, write, play the lute, harp, flute and tambourin.
