To be fair, she probably made it out of permanent ice. You know, the same substance that she used to spare Olaf from having to melt in the snow in the ending.

Main problem is that Elsa walked around with her dress intact in the summer (Frozen Fever's "A real howler in July") weather near the movie's end, so it can withstand the sun's heat. Considering, as far as we know, only love thaws her ice, this detail hardly surprises.
