Description
Something you may not know about me: I often just sit around and tinker with bits and pieces of HTML code and make 'dream websites' for myself. I used to make images to represent what I wanted my sites to look like, but now I do it with HTML . . .Anyhow, my uberdream is to get my own website domain . . . I hope to find a server that won't mind my lack of frontpage. It seems pretty simple to me to load my html text to the account itself and be happy with it, but . . . Anyhow . . .

Oh, and I'm such a loser that I forgot to say that that's a kickass layout!

I'm really happy with [link] myself. One of the cheaper hosts out there, and I just FTP everything over. Screw Frontpage. Bad enough I have to use Dreamweaver at work. out:

/;o; Aw, I'm sorry . . .! I could try and help you if you like, but I'm only just learning and so I've got, like, 4 templates I'm just building off of at this point . . . All I can say is that I find the best way to start setting up your site is to find someone's blog or site that has a good layout, View>Source and take the HTML for it and figure out what makes what go where and tinker with it until you like it. That's basically what I did. ^_^; Not too creative I guess, but after a while you isolate different codes for different aspects of a site that you like and you can throw them all together
