Description
Nyokans that have undergone the training of the commissariat are far and few between. Most are only accepted due to the numerous nature of the Nyokan species across Valtari. Of course, even with the rigid training of the Commissariat, Nyokan Commissars are often only assigned to Nyokan regiments, the rare instances they find themselves posted to a trueborn human unit, they are often under an existing commissar and often serve as aides.

This one is the start of my habit of making artwork to go along with my 3d model sales and is still one of my favorites.
