Description This quaint little not-quite-finished painting is the result of a certain dissatisfaction in The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.

Namely, Zant. The ultimate power-wielding overlord who can stand toe-to-toe with the series' long-standing awesome villain Ganondorf...until you actually fight him. Then it becomes apparent he was just a monkey that escaped from the circus that Ganondorf decided would make a funny practical joke.

You picked a hell of a time to pull that one, Ganondorf. Right at the end of the game. It was just like Puppet Ganon, really. Puppet Ganon left disbelief on my face for the entire fight. After the Ganon fight from Ocarina of Time, I was expecting something awesome, not Pinoccio. "I'm a real boy!"

So my brother I started prospecting future "Cool Game, Bad Endings" for the next Zelda game, including, but not limited to:

"It's all happening in the modern day, deep in some national park somewhere!"

"The Master Sword is Link's father, and the Great Deku Tree is Link's Mother! Zelda is really Link's sister!"

"Ganondorf is just a disguise as well! It's really a giant brain!"

"Oh snap, Ganondorf just used Pikachu to send everybody into siezures!"

"Ganon'll take the form of some big giant mechanical robot dinosaur from outer space!"

That last one spawned this picture, after the "from outer space" part was removed.

Bonus points to anyone who gets the references in the first four suggestions.
