DAZ 3D Studio... 4.5 I think? I can't remember the exact version.
It's available free at daz3d.com and comes with a figure called Genesis that should be able to use most free resources you can get from sites like ShareCG etc.

I make them all myself. It's a bit of a learning curve if you've never done it before, but if you really want to do it, it's worthwhile.
If you're looking just for fap material, sadly it's easier just to look online for things others have done

DAZ is backwards compatible. anything made on earlier versions works on the newest.
Genesis (although I can't stand it myself) is made so that it can accept all clothing from most figures.
DAZ works with Poser format things too.

The easiest way is with Dformers.
If you're using Genesis, select the figure itself in the scene tab (or double click it)
Go to 'Create' and select 'Create new Dformer'
You will have a sphere of influence appear called a 'field'. You move that to the belly.
Fiddle around with the 'base' and increase the scale of the Dformer itself. Fiddle around until it looks good.

Select the Dformer field in your scene tab (if any tab is missing, you can find it in the 'window, Panes (tabs)' menu)
You can either move it with the 'move' tool and your mouse, or go to the parameters tab and move it there. Y (green) is up/down, X (red) is left/right and Z (blue) is front/back

I don't know much about aquillion but here goes my version of this:
Generic Dark Angel #1: "Hey have you touched the newest experiment I was working on?"
Generic Dark Angel #2: "Do you mean that giant spray cannister filled with glowing liquid?"
#1: "Yeah, That's the one, there seems to be a lot less liquid in it"
#2: "Oh... I equipped the cannister to my aquillion when I was authorized to destroy that city last week. I though it was a weapon."
#1: "WHAT!?! Please tell me you used the spray on a random civilian or one of the males that fight us"
#2: "I used it on Rei... what? it didn't really do anything, it just passed straight through her aquillion."
#1: "NNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooo!" *falls to the floor*
#2: "will you PLEASE EXPLAIN what I did WRONG?!"
#1: *still curled up on the floor* "It's my fault. I was trying to keep this thing secret, that's why I never told you: it's liquid Life-Power.
