Yay! And now we're up to date.
What a whole lot of "firsts" this period has; first historical/non-supernatural setting, first female protagonist, and first licensed IP.
(technically inFamous: First Light, Uncharted: Lost Legacy and Sunset Overdrive were all rocking the first female protagonists - but we'll let Ellie represent them here since they were just one game ago)
I wonder what we'll get for Gen 6 ... such adventures to go on yet.

Ummm.....Kratos? While I certainly understand not everybody could be represented. Ignoring/forgetting Kratos seems off as one of the most consistent brands throughout Playstation's legacy (being of the PS2, PS3, PS4 and PSP). This is coming from a Nintendo fan/loyalist. XD

Yeah, I totally get what mean (big GoW and Nintendo fan here too ;D). But this series of portraits is focused on the developers (Sucker Punch, Naughty Dog and Insomniac) rather than the consoles. Like, in Gen 1 I included Rocket from the N64 and in Gen 4 we've got Sunset Overdrive from Xbox One/PC.
