I decided to overhaul my work on my Pivot puppet and design it closer to reference.Man this is a huge improvement. Now to redesign the front and design the profile, back, etc. views.
I have no idea when I'm going to actually use this puppet. But have an undies version as well:

I have always wondered. When you do animations, it seems like the edges are very rough instead of smooth. I'm not hating or anything, just thought that was weird, since your art looks very smooth and fantastic.

Gif exports can only handle a solid 100% opaque or 0%. It can't antialias edges
If you look at my .swf's they're smooth because it can render it smoothly, unless you turn down quality.
