Description
The wonderful L Lawliet and Light Yagami from Death Note.This was kind of inspired by the many fanpics of L as an angel...so one day, I just had this idea.
It also sparked an idea for a fanfic that I was supposed to be finished by now so it could fit with the drawing, but it's not done
anyway. Yes, it's an angel L on Light's bed, or rather on Light...haha.
If you guys think I should put mature content on this then please let me know!

..you know, I once asked to a GREAT deviant artist I love, a comment on one of my drawings 
And I got stunned 'cause, I did really think the picture was ok before, but as she pointed out the errors I immediately realized them!! ..and now I've learnt that when you work for a long time on the same pic, you may miss some gross errors, just because your eye somehow "got used" to them
I'll never be enough grateful to that person!! 
If we all avoid to tell each other what we really think, anyone of us would never improve

..One of my (worse) drawings was added by someone to his collection. I (really surprised, cuz it was a very awful drawing but I had posted it anyway to kinda "unblock" myself) went on his page to thank him and realized he had put it in his "Terrible" collection, hahaha!!
Many people had insulted him for that, but I didn't feel the need- if he didn't like my drawing, why should have discuss about it?? Personal tastes are unquestionable

Well, I've always used Gimp (you can download it for free here: [link] ) till I found the fantastic Painting Tool SAI (trial version for free here: [link] ). To let you have an idea of both and compare them, consider that Please wake up, Lullaby and Mutual surrender are made using SAI, while all the DN others are made using Gimp (entirely or just for colouring)
Then you may search on DA some nice tutorials about both programs

I don't normally like this couple, but this is too sweet a picture. Aww. 
I rather like the idea of L as an angel here. I somewhat get the sense that they both could be angels in this scene. Or Light a fallen angel rather. Hmm...maybe L saved him before he fell all the way?
Anyway, lovely work. The anatomy came out really good. And I love the soft lineart. Beautiful.
