Yes ofc course, those people who like to argue about it are a little bit annoying in my opinion, like yesterday, I was trying to submit a fan made wallpaper but no I could not, apparently all person has not the same opinion of the word "Fan made/work"

I hate those people who think only traditional art is the real fan art...
