I seriously don't remember, I have used so many different programs these days. mostly I'm just fucking around with stuff. But if you wanted to know how I did this its very simple and you can do this in any program with blending or color curves. Just blur any photo how you like > Use color curves separate on Red Green and Blue > tada. Photoshop or something like that would work Hope this was helpfull

Interesting. I have almost 0 experience in fractaling but I always find it interesting in some way. I only used some code to create an epileptic animation with cubes but that didn't end very wel XD
