Description A picture commissioned by OuendanCyrus OuendanCyrus.
A crossover battle between Wargroove, BoTW and Trails of cold steel.
My money's on Sedge, of course. Give him a free reset and his ability can hit flying unit anyway.

I like The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel. I still currently on the 1st game though.

Just a quick question: How strong is Sedge? He is the only character I don't know, so I can't give my opinion on this fight now.

Well Wargroove is an advance war style of game so it's hard to evaluate especially with how often he power level fluctuate.

But considering how they pretty much have to gang up on him all the time and that he wrecks havoc when he's soloing, I would say pretty strong.

Well I tried doing some research about Wargroove, but didn't come up with much. So this analysis may be lacking in some parts. If you think I forgot something important about Sedge or the Game in General, please let me know. I will try to implement these facts into my verdict

So, my opinion is, that Revali goes down first. He may have a variety of arrows but his preference of long range will be his doom here. Both his opponents can hit him (Rean thanks to Crafts and Arts, Sedge can hit flying units) and since he simply lacks in feats to compare to the other fighters.

When it comes down to Rean and Sedge, I personally would go with Rean. Both are profficent in their fighting style, Sedge as an assassin and Rean as a swordsman, but Rean has more advantages imo.

First stats. This is the hardest category to judge since I doesn't know much about Wargroove and the power of it's cast. From the story I could gather that the ancient artifact is capable of mind control and corruption and can be used to take over the world. Not much to go by in terms of DC and stuff like that. And given that I wasn't able to find anything about speed, I can't say much about it either. Pretty hard to come to a definitiv level here, so I will go with the impression I got while reading about it. And this Impression tells me, that he has nothing in Rean in terms of stats. Rean at the end of game 4 should be around Planet Level in DC and durability thanks to the final boss. He also has dogde multiple attacks described as beams of light, giving him FTL reaction. Maybe Sedge can close this gap, but nothing I read suggested it. So in this category Rean has the edge (maybe someone can give me some feats to make this clearer).

Next abilities. And while Sedge 35% damage sounds massive, it would take 3 such attacks to safely kill an enemy. Rean however has a wieder variety of skills to choose from. Depending in his arts equipment he can heal himself, get stat boosts for himself while reducing his opponents stats as well as AoE spells (one being a giant tornado, so he can use this against Revali too). He can use Arc Slash for Range attacks and Gale to close the distance between himself and the target. He also has a skill that induces the status effect Seal with a percentage of 60% to his opponent, making them unable to use any weapon based skills. This could severly cripple both of his opponents should they be afflicted. And since Rean can sense other beings, he can negate Sedge stealth advantage.

Still this is a wonky analysis in case of Wargroove. As such my analysis can be completly wrong. As said, if you like you can leave some important stuff for Sedge as a reply and I will try to answer, if my opinion changes and give an explanation why that would or wouldn't be the case.
