Now, as a fan the way-to-under-appriciated weather condition Fog, I went to make this!
It is an alternate form of Castform that it changes to under the Foggy weather condition. It retains its Normal typing but the move Weather Ball is still doubled. It really wouldn't take much of an effort to fully incorporate Fog into the games, it already has in-battle effects and presence in the overworld in most games. Tweak it a little more and it would become fairly useful, especially in competitive battling.

It is based on Castform's Gen V sprite, and the head/face/blobthingy is in the exact same position as regular Castform's
