This is a request from of Rue from the book "The Hunger Games". She recently lent me the book and let me tell you: IT. IS. AMAZING! Rue was one of my favorites because she is so young and small but so strong.This is how I pictured her, and I know her position is a bit odd, but whatever. The shading and the new style of eyes came out well

Haha yeah I know, I used Rue(Tutu)'s hairstyle for this because I'd watched Princess Tutu before reading it, so I kind of pictured her like Rue from Tutu XD
