This was an item somebody returned to the seller because the left arm had broken off. The seller put it up for auction for 25 cents plus shipping... and I won uncontested.

I'm no stranger to repairs, the break was a kind I could fix easily, and buying something I'd have to mend was easily worth it to get a second Transformers: Studio Series '86 Sweep (And I do want at least four of these guys) for a total of $11.73.
