Strictly speaking this would be an issue with all War for Cybertron: Earthrise Coneheads and their redecoes, I just didn't know about it till I got my hands on the Transformers: Legacy Evolution (belated real) release of Dirge.

The issue is that the long kneepads on the Coneheads' new leg panels (designed to evoke the G1 toys) are too long. They prevent the leg panels from closing fully in jet mode, and also overlap the codpiece - which prevents it from being flipped up to access the flight stand port. At least, without the panels hanging down considerably.
