Description
It had been a long day of mining and gathering resources for the three main members of team crafted. Sky, the commander of the Sky army and the leader of the little expedition had complained to his two main generals, Deadlox and Jason, that since creating the Sky army that they hadn't been spending as much time together as friends. So, he had made up an excuse to get the three of them out of the main base without raising suspicion from the others. The result was him telling everyone that they where running out of coal for the furnaces that they kept in their rooms so, the three of them where going to get more. The idea was far fetched but the other generals thought that it was just Sky being, well, Sky.
Jason or Minecraft Universe was Sky's best friend and second in command of the Sky army, even though no one knew what he looked like as he always wore a large blue and orange suit with matching helmet. Also, very little is know about this strange spaceman. No one knows where he came from or why he came to Minecraftia, not even Sky, but they do know that, without him, things wouldn't be functioning as well as they are. They also know that without Jason, Sky would most likely have been killed hundreds of times.
Deadlox or Ty was Sky's second best friend and third in command of the Sky army. For some strange reason this mischievous young man refuses to respond to his real name and will only listen to people if they call him Deadlox. It is still a mystery as to why this is and, if asked, he will only say that he “prefers” his false name.
As if his odd disliking of his real name wasn't enough, he is almost always seen wearing a pair of green and white headphones that don't seem to be connected to anywhere. There has been speculation through out the main base or “Butter facility” that Deadlox uses them to communicate with other generals of the Sky army, who have concealed earphones so that they are always in touch with each other.
If anyone outside of the Sky army saw the three together, they would most likely have thought that they were mad but, in reality, the group was practically inseparable. But there was something strange about the three at the moment. One thing was that the three were running as if Herobrine himself was at their heels and the second thing was, that they where out in the middle of a forest... After sunset.
Now that you think about it, it's understandable for them to be running at such a pace when monsters were most likely spawning all around them. It had all started back at the mine. The small group had gone down deep into a mine that Deadlox had found a while ago when he was patrolling the area outside of the butter facility. It went down for miles so they decided it would be the best place to mess around and find ores.
Unfortunately, neither Sky nor Deadlox had brought a clock with them, so they had to rely on Jason's built in clock on his heads-up display to tell them when they had to leave. This is unfortunate because, when Jason DID say they had to leave, they didn't listen. “Guys, come on! If we don't leave NOW, then we won't get back to base before the mobs start to spawn!” Jason said sternly to the two, who were currently mining some coal from the cave wall.
“Oh, come on Jason.” Sky responded. “Can't we stay just five more minutes?” Sky had momentarily turned away from the wall to talk to Jason, so he didn't see Deadlox steal the coal that he had been mining and walk away. “I'm sure it won't be that bad for us to get back after sunset, besides, we've got a walking arsenal with us.”
It took Jason a moment that Sky was talking about him. Yes, his suit was powerful and more resistant than most things but, he wouldn't class himself as 'A walking arsenal.' He was about to tell Sky this but, before he could, Sky had turned around to find that the coal that he had been mining had disappeared, leaving an empty hole in the cave wall. “Deadlox, you ass-hole!” He yelled into the tunnel that lead deeper in to the mine. “Get the Nether back here with my coal!” Sky then proceeded to run down the tunnel to confront Deadlox, leaving Jason and his warning, forgotten behind him.
If he could have, Jason would have pinched the brim of his nose and would have mumbled a few curses to him self but, his helmet was preventing him. Instead, he sighed and ran after Sky, determined to get him and Deadlox out of the cave and back to base before it got too dark.
Jason ran down the tunnel, following the torches that Deadlox had left behind. Eventually, the tunnel leaded in to a large, circular room, with more tunnels leading out of it. There was a number of ores covering the walls, the floor and the ceiling but, Jason wasn't looking at the walls. In the centre of the room was Sky, pining Deadlox to the floor, yelling at him to give him his coal back whilst Deadlox seemed to be crying from laughing too much.
“Ty, you ass-hole!” Sky screamed in to Deadlox's face. “Give me my stuff!” Sky then proceeded to grab Deadlox's collar and shake him up and down. Although it WAS amusing to see Deadlox's head bounce up and down like a rag-dolls, Jason had to put an end to their shenanigans and get them home.
“For the love of Notch, will you two stop acting like toddlers!”Jason yelled at the two, scaring them a little with the intensity of his voice. The blue man rarely ever yelled. “We have to get back to the Butter facility NOW, or else we'll have to deal with a bunch of mobs trying to kill us in the forest, so get your asses of the floor RIGHT NOW or I'm leaving you here to fend for yourselves!”
Just as it looked like Sky was going to say something, Deadlox punched Sky in the gut, stole the enchanted bag that acted as Sky's inventory from his belt and ran into one of the tunnels that lead deeper into the labyrinth of a cave system that they where in, yelling a quick”I regret nothing!” as he went.
Jason and Sky stayed in silence in the large cave, looking at the tunnel that Deadlox had ran in to for a few seconds, stunned by their friends sudden outburst. The butter commander was the first to react. “Ty, you thieving son of a bitch! Get the Nether back here with my stuff!” With that, Sky followed down the tunnel that Deadlox had run into a few seconds before.
This time Jason did attempt to face palm but only succeeded at hitting his visor. And so, the very annoyed spaceman followed the two man-children down the tunnel, hoping to catch the commander and general before they caused more damage to each other.
Unfortunately for Jason, this became a huge game of hide-and-seek for him. It took about an hour for the spaceman to get the two warring commanders to stop trying to kill each other and get them back to the entrance of the cave system. But, by then, it was WAY past sunset.
And so brings us back to the three running through a forest in the dark. With a shit-ton of monsters running after them. Just a normal day in the life of Jason.
