Description So I recently found out about a video explaining possible art theft: www.youtube.com/watch?v=sUcrwK… I was extremely skeptical at first, but after looking at some of the evidence, I was a bit more concerned. When looking on their page, I immediately recognized a screenshot from a show I'm watching right now, called Toradora. The sad thing is: the potential art thief is very popular, with over 100,000 subscribers on Youtube. www.youtube.com/watch?v=4cDnB5…
I am trying to look into this farther, because I dont want to accuse someone of art theft without knowing everything there is to know.
But here is a test I did, and it looks like it is indeed traced.

There is also a page showing more possibly traced art by 3SsOo: astrokuso.deviantart.com/journ…

he/she uses references for drawing too sooo.. I wouldn't call that tracing (how can he/she trace when using ms paint?)

I wouldn't call them exactly call them references as nearly all their art is traced line to line heck he even traced off another persons artwork and I'm pretty sure he claimed it as his own not to mention if he was defending he wouldn't have deleted so many of his videos mentioned in this journal and there is a lot of evidence in it

and you actually can trace using MS Paint, the way 3eSsOo does it is that they are using some sort of 3rd Party Program to record his mouse movements and edits his videos to hide them this is how he hides his tracing and trust me I use MS Paint too and there is no possibility you can get those so perfectly line by line and so consistent especially with something like MS Paint

That was my question too. But it turns out, there is a program that you can download that overlays an image over your screen, so you can trace in any program without the screen recorder picking it up. Also the lines, (especially in the hair), look a bit to similar to be referenced. But even if they had, they gave no credit whatsoever to the original artist. Even referencing that heavily without credit would be considered art theft.
