I like to think that even tho she is biologically female she never thought or herself as a “he” or a “she”. Before realising she had breasts lots of the TF2 team just thought it was the cutest girlish boy they had ever seen xD !---

This a well balanced interpretation of the pyro. You made it so she is pretty but has burns but they don't make her look unappealing. Good job.
