ps. a popular problem when not getting any sleep is energies, perhaps there are some in the area where you put your head, you should try sleeping upside down (with your head where's your feet and your feet where's your head) and you should avoid having mirrors and door opposite your bed... I know this sounds weird, but it helps, really.. It helped me
