I saw the BAZAAR contaning this shot !! Yes I'm Vietnamese xD I will defenitely buy it when I can. I love this series really much. And the previous Ngo Thanh Van photo too. You are so amazing and talented. I have never been into photography before but I must say that I adore your works. Please keep it up ^^

Very interesting; I never seen a dress with nails on it!!! And her necklace with the key hole is nice too. I wonder thoughβbut I'm no professionalβif this would be better if she was staring at us. Just a thought, but I don't even do photography.

Haha well personally I do love eye contact shots as well. But as this was a series so I tried varying the models face angles, that's mainly the reason why.

It's not that I prefer eye contact shots over the others; I just think for this picture; a person that has a lot of things going on with her; her hair, her outfit and her eyes, that looking strait at us would give it a better impact; I kinda don't see the point of her looking to the left.
This is only my opinion, which really isn't anything important; I'm no photographer.

Amazing. I've always been a big fan of how well you control the light on your model... it gives off a chiaroscuro effect, but like it was painted by someone like Caravaggio.
