ok here's my full tutorial in words, I hope it helps you =A='

Hello!
I'm doing a little tutorial on a supppperr easy sailor uniform! (lol I proubably put more effort into this tutorial than on the sailor uniform ha)
This only took me about ten minutes considering I had all the materials heh but yes its very simple!

So lets get started!

Starting with the shirt, I just cutt off the collar on my normal everyday uniform shirt. Thats it. Done XD

Next, to make the bow I used a doubled over piece of yellow fabric about 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inches... roughly =w='

Then I sort of bunched it up and held it in place. Then I took A 9 inch piece of blue fabric and tied it in the center.
And you have your bow! ^w^

Ok and now I really winged it =A='
so I took a piece of blue fabric like 12 inches and then 7 inches in I started to taper it eventually forming a point at the end. Also 7 inches in I started to cut out a hole for my neck like 5 1/2 inches wide and errr... the rest i just kind of guessed on sorry ;w;

Then i took the blue fabric on the bow and tied it to the end of the collar thingie oWo

So then I put it on XD and voila! you've got the top part of your sailor uniform! ^w^

now I just need to buy a blue pleated skirt ...
or better yet, make it!!! <3

EDIT: oh lol and obviously you can change teh colors to make whatever character you want! Mine was just lucky star-ish but you should just experimentttt y'now? o3o Also I didnt do the white lines cuz I was gonna use white fabric paint but didnt have any on me so I'll do that l8tr
