AHAAHAH. I just want to continue to animate running wolves until I get it right.This looks a little better, doesn't it?
I don't want no critique on this, mainly becaused I took a glance at a wolf-run cycle and did everything else by memory.
Mmyeah. Added more color to this one too. It looks like she's running in a never-ending blue flat cavern.

I was reading a book right and suddenly it comes to this part with funnily anthro cat people and my mind was suddenly like "WTF I DIDN'T COMMENT ON THE RUNNING THING!!"
And I had to comment before I settled down for a break, I had to.
I think you have a promising future in animation and I'd so love to see this in a movieeee. <3

Zen's story could totally make a movie. It would kick Disney's ass so bad.
I'm not going to point out the head thing, cause I watch Animal Planet and Lara when she runs. :0 She has a pretty similiar style of running when she's chasing a squirrel or whatever.
The way the tail and bangs flop, very nicely done. So's the running, I like how smoothly her front paws come down. <333

Ok... to summarize how I feel about this, I'll put it into a short sentence:
GOD THIS IS AMAZING.
The animation is so smooth and ... gosh. You are really good at this.
The shadow seems to be leaping out a bit... but I only noticed because I've been staring at it for at least five minutes straight.
Are you going to take commissions for these? Maybe make a template? I'd totally buy one.

This is like, the most amazing animation ever.
The running motion looks so smooth... I could just watch it for ages and never get tired of it. xD

You do animations in... Flash, right? Do you get to use multiple layers for each frame?

I actually use Imageready for my animations now, it's much easier to upload psd as frames than it is to make them seperatly on layers with flash... because with flash, the lines are so strict looking. x_x

Actually, according to alot of wolf running references- when the wolf is trying it's best to run fast, it tries to keep it's head in one spot at a time so it won't loose it's concentration or sight on the object.
There are several diffrent types of 'running' objectives, the hunt-run, dash, and the gait-run. (kind of like a horse, but more of a dog jog. Used to conserve energy when packs are on the move.)
When I looked over the wolf cycle again, it didn't move all that much.
