I think I've drawn her eyes a bit bigger then how she is drawn in the anime
Nagato-sama does cool stuff in the story.I just love how she can Overwhlem her foes if she wants to.

Yeah skin is not available anymore, and I lost the file...(from reformatting)
so, yeah... unless someone else still has the file, its gone forever..

(or you can find it yourself from [link] find word "萌え" at center of page and browse through till you see what you want)
Extract Nagato File to the Skin folder in Program files>Rainmeter> Skins
start/restart rainmeter and right click the icon on the task bar to choose the skin
