I needed to just get out some art for myself, and I've been on a ridiculously huge Avatar kick lately. SO I drew some avatar world creatures with watercolors.At first I kept sketching and erasing various Wan Shi Tongs or Shirshus, but then I was like "fuck this I'm just gonna put paint down on paper" and it was so relaxing and rewarding. Not that these are any good, but I needed it. Just to create and make strokes without even planning or thinking about it.

I'm not sure Wan Shi Tong would consider the term "critter" as a compliment. xD
Been re-watching Avatar: The Last Airbender and some of Avatar: Legend of Korra lately. So I had to see what kind of art I could find!

They were in a later book 3 episode, I forget the title but it's the one where Aang and Zuko go to meet the last dragons and learn about firebending. These anteaters licked all the sticky stuff off of them!
