I love this and I don't' know why. There's something calming & hypnotic to it.

At first this looks just like a pretty shot but up close the render on the walls adds a lovely bit of rough texture against the soft candle light. The hard metal candleabra slides through framing and dividing the shot with its shadow. Very well composed. Its only a shame the candle in the forefront is not in focus. Or was this intentional? I would have preferred it clearer.

Indeed they are. The way the flames are bent is almost perfect. The depth and focus is lovely, and overall creates a very soft look. Nice work!

I really, really like this piece. One thing though, you may want to try and focus the other candle as well, since the photo is basically about the two candles and the light and shadows they cause. Nontheless, I adore this photo. Good luck and keep up the great work.
