Ok, this is for the "Lets all draw Tamaki month" the Risenbool Rangers are doing for April (Which won 2nd place! ) . I really wanted to draw Tamaki in period clothing because I personally think he'd really like that type of thing. So thus began my research of time periods and the clothes that come with it. I settled on Renaissance (although Regency was a close second) maybe it's just because the Renaissance has poofier sleeves? Eh . . . As I drew and sketched, retraced and drew more (I drew this about four times altogether) I thought he began to look "less Tamaki-like" so I opted to do a color version which I may post later. The general response from my friends is that this one looked better. Every time I redrew him, this first one has looked the best.

(OH GEEZ MY COMPUTER IS SO SLOW)

So apologies if he doesn't look too Tamaki-ish, I love the character so much. Yes I know Ouran High School Host Club is freakishly girly yet I love it very much, it's a great show.
