Due to listening to DB Super's newest intro over 200 times, i was thinking up of a villain who could use a power that a creator being could use and match against typical soul power and spectral energy.

while i should feel ashamed for just show off something that im saving for the FARTHEST FUTURE, i still need to upload some shit.

only hint i'm giving for this guy's power is the his name. That's it.

the sprite is 100% custom and i'm pretty damn glad i didn't have to resort to Emerl or Gemerl's hand sprites again

Note: I'll update this submission and turn it into a sprite sheet much later on. (Unless you're a collector, go right on ahead and save this while you can )
