Hello again

Like I said on my journal, i recently obtained a LG touch phone from my father.

been busy with it for a while, downloading apps like Dan-Ball's STICK RANGER, Doodle God HD (Free version), Mimi (4chan browser), and a couple of drawing apps like "Flipaclip".

i was hunting down for a pixel art app akin to MS Paint or KolourPaint (the MS Paint-esque program i mostly use) so i can do my sprite editing on-the-go. (especially when i'm going to college soon)

suddenlty I came across an app call "Pixly". it's really similar to the paint program I use on Linux Mint, even when it has transparency support and layers. not only it can let you do sprite animations but also edit an ENTIRE sprite sheet from your computer.

it's really fucking neat and i thought i should share among the people who wants to edit GBA Sonic (or M&L Mario) sprites on the go too.

so i made a sprite sheet template for the pixel art app, "Pixly". I even organized it to where you basically have everything you need to edit Sonic sprites on your phone.

-spriting spaces
-a scrap area for all your unintended needs
-an asset section, where you can pick what piece you can use on your sprite

here are the instructions to use it:
0. add what sprite you're currently editing now on one of the spaces on your computer and save it
1. download Pixly from the Google Play store (convenient note: it's free )
2. plug your charger USB on the computer and access the phone storage
3. find your sprite sheet or use the mobile sprite sheet template you want to edit on your spriting folder
4. copy paste it into your phone's file space (especially in the "Pictures" folder)
5. now open "Pixly" on your phone (after you download it) (watch out for the shitty ads)
6. go to the cog icon (menu), touch it, and select "Open" (protip: don't select "Open Sprite Sheet", it's for animation purposes.)
7. head to the folder where you put your sprite sheet at and select it
8. your sprite sheet is opened up. head to the pencil icon from the top-left or bottom and select it.
9. now you can head on and start spriting, be sure use the color selector from the far right to choose your color of choice (top color for pencil, bottom color for eraser) to edit the sheet and select the magnifier/hand icon first before you do anything (you'll end up moving the entire sheet by accident)

also, there isn't a recolor option (as i recalled) in this so you gonna have to use that paint bucket to edit the sprite color or go to the replace color option in the Menu. (via File->Color, be careful with it tho) :\

i will be updating this template some time later, adding more stuff into (maybe Tails' tails, more shoes, etc?)

it's free to use, so go wild.
