the bad is that it is difficult to map with these tiles

because the mountain and the grass will occupy two layers of rpg maker and you just put 1 for ornaments left over XD

That is kind of the nature of grass tiles that are bigger than 1 tile though. Even some of BW grass and cliff tiles have this issue. You can also use events to add a second detail layer though. Maybe I am just familiar with mapping like that though.
It would be great to see this tile project continue though, public or not.
