Description
Hi. I finally finished chapter 2. The story part has done since a few days ago though I wanted to make a new cover for the chapter. That took me a little while because I’m not really good with perspective so I did the best I could. Chapter 3 is already in the making but I need to make another cover for it so it might take a while. As for the writing this is my first time writing out a fight scene so sorry if it sound a bit off. Please comment what you think, enjoy!

I’m pretty sure something hit my head while we were in the portal because once it finally spat us out I had a bad pain in the back of my head.
“Liliana. Are you alright?” I opened my eyes and saw that she already got up and she began to explore a small cave we landed in front of.
“Oh Zeo, you’re awake. Come on, I think I found something.” I got up and followed her into the cave. The inside was some kind of unfinished room that was poorly put together. The only light source was a fading candle on a pedestal. Liliana was rummaging through a big pile of junk that she found in the back of the room. I looked at the walls to see if there were any cave drawings. While I was looking at the wall I noticed a weird silhouette in a dark part of the cave. I walked slowly to the figure and once I got close it lunged out at me. I was able to form a bubble around myself before they could touch me. The figure was closer to the light so I could see them. They have claws, mostly black scaly skin, two red horns, wings, and a tail; They’re a dragon. Liliana came into the part of the cave we were in holding a half-eaten sandwich.
“Hey, Zeo there’s actually a lot of neat stuff in that pile.” She stopped when she saw the figure standing next to me.
“Are you trying to hurt my friend?” She donned her snake hair and got into a fighting stance. The figure got into a fighting stance as well and smirked.
“I guess that this won’t be as easy as I thought.” Me and Liliana were confused.
“Look pal. My name’s Liliana and this is my friend Zeo; We’re here to fix a problem that this world has.” I took this moment of time to get behind Liliana. I’m not really good at combat so I usually let Liliana do all the fighting.
“Cute. You can call me BO. Anyway, I’m hungry and I need more spare a change. So I’m just gonna beat you two up now.” I started to get nervous. Liliana, meanwhile, was unphased and was ready to beat this guy into the ground.
“You know what. I think I just found a major problem in this world.”
“Oh yeah, what?” BO was mixing something in his mouth and I couldn’t tell what.
“Your face. Now let me help you rearrange it!” She sent three of her snakes out to bite. BO dodged one of them but the other had a firm grasp on his arm. He then spewed out flames toward her and spread out his wings to propel himself into Liliana. I decided to be helpful and formed another bubble around Liliana before she could get hit by the fire. I popped the bubble around Liliana once the fire hit. She swiftly ducked as BO came flying towards her. He then bounced off of the bubble around me and Liliana punched him in the face as soon as he bounced. He got up and used his tail to knock Liliana off her feet. She reacted quickly by doing the same thing with one of her snakes. She got up after BO was on the ground again, picked him up by the tail and threw him against the wall.
“Ok, Huff, This guy’s tougher than I thought. Zeo do me a favor and go see if there’s anything in that junk pile that we can use against this guy.” I don’t think that there would be anything in a junk pile that would be useful right now but it was worth a shot. I ran over to the pile and started digging through it. BO got up again and spat fire balls at us.
“Keep looking, Zeo , I'll cover you.” She formed even more snakes from her head. These new ones were larger though, she intertwined them all into some kind of snake wall. Liliana used her new snake shield to block the fireballs and get close to BO to attack.
I continued digging through the pile until I finally found something that may be useful. They were pieces of elastic rope-like bungee cords. I grabbed as many as I could carry and brought them over to Liliana.
“Perfect! I have a plan now. You know how to tie good knots right?” I nodded my head. She then untangled her snake shield only to send a burrage of her snake hair at him, pinning him against the wall.
He was about to spew another fireball but before he could I snuck in next to him and tied his muzzle shut with one of the bungee cord ropes. Liliana still had a firm grasp on all of his limbs so we both got to work restaining him. I got two more bungee ropes and tied his hands behind his back and both his wings to his back. While I secured his top half Liliana secured his bottom by tying his legs and tail all together at his knees and ankles.
Once we finished Liliana dropped him on the floor and he squirmed ferociously. I was exhausted by the whole experience but Liliana was gloating and laughing at BO, further enraging him. He struggled even harder against his bonds. I walked out of the cave for a second and I realized that the sun had already gone. We must have been in there for hours. No wonder I was so tired. I went back into the cave and suggested to Liliana that we should spend the night in the cave.
“Sounds good to me. I’m sure grumpy right here wouldn’t mind us staying the night.” She rested her foot on BO’s body and let out a chuckle. I could tell that BO was exhausted as well because he stopped struggling and he was breathing heavily on the ground. I helped Liliana secure BO to a random support beam in the room before we both got ready to sleep.
We each said good night to each other and went to sleep.
