It sucks that people can be such a$$holes. I have a lot of respect for your friend cause it takes a long time to build up to that kind of physique. Sadly most people would rather be mean than supportive. They're just mad cause snarfing Dorritos and soda doesn't give you muscles. *gasp* Who would have thought!

Good shot on this one. The way you have her cropped out of frame on the left gives the impression that she's looking at what she wants to look like in the future rather than it being her reflection in the present. Good job.
