omg finally I finished this piece... I've been having too much fun doing other stuff rather than colouring/drawing new stuff....Don't really like the background at all >_< I think I failed it pretty badly.. plus my computer was lagging so much while I was working on it.... I would have loved to add more to it, but I've delayed this one way too much.
and omg is anyone else playing 'Hatsune Miku Project Diva'???
I'm so addicted to it, and Miku's so cute with so many different costumes, cute dance moves

I didn't know what this is about until I look at it up-close. I say it's an interesting concept even though other users thought of something else, but this one is unique.

Wow, This looks so AWESOME!!! XD And this background is total WIN! I really couldn't have done better myself!! XD Miku looks so adorable here and I really love how you did her internal parts! The amount of detail in her arms is just mind blowing! 
And omg, you have the project diva game?? You're SOO lucky!!! I would SO get it big time if it was released in the US. XD But I did see some clips from it and Miku does look really cute with her various outfits and moves! XD And is it me or does Kaito's jacket in that game seem a bit on the short side? XD They seemed to have given Len some "feminine" moves too, but I guess his dance moves can't always be "manly." XD And I noticed they also had Luka in the game, which was really cool, but they didn't include Gakupo (even if he was released before her XD). But then again, I don't see half as many things made for him compared to Luka. XDD

I feel very lucky to be able to play it... actually I didn't buy it. Thanks to being able to read a bit of Japanese I can play and understand most things in the game.
I haven't seen Kaito's jacket yet... but I saw Meiko and it's different to the original. I already got Luka ^^
Anyway, Gakupo wasn't an original vocaloid, so they cannot add him ^^

And wow, Gakupo isn't an original vocaloid? Oh but I heard he isn't considered a fourth installment (after Luka) from Crypton Future Media, because he's a separate spinoff developed by Internet software co., due to their sampling of an actual musician's voice, so they probably didn't have the rights to use him in the game I'm guessing. XD But speaking of the company who made Gakupo, did you hear about their latest new vocaloid, Gumi (or some call her Megpoid) who was released about a week ago? She's practically everywhere now! XD

yeah that's what I sorta based it on... I haven't seen many fanarts of the more mechanical android that Miku is supposed to be... and I also did not want to draw like an entire limb of wiring and internal mechanics.
Need to still have her outer beauty and everything else that makes her Miku
Gakupo isn't that popular... KAito is still better...
Yeah Gumi's popularity just shot up, because of how human she sounds. I really like the voice, plus she's voiced by Nakajima Megumi.
I don't like how simple Gumi's design is.. she has the Ranka-like look, but the clothes are like =_= boring to look at.

Yea, I rarely ever see Miku portrayed with mechanical androids parts, or at all.. But I think I see Kaito portrayed with mechanical parts the most, especially ones where one of his arms is torn off with wires and mechanical parts showing..
And yea, Gakupo doesn't seem that popular.. Even when he was first released, there wasn't as much stuff being made with of him compared to when Luka and Gumi came out. XD And Kaito is definitely still better, since he's practically my favorite vocaloid. XD
I really like Gumi's voice too (especially being done by Megumi). It shocked me how human she sounded. But I'm also not liking her design at all myself, it's really too simple.. And I don't know what it is about the goggles, but it seems like she just doesn't need them (or maybe it just doesn't go with skirts? XD lol). I guess a cute thing about her is that her character item is the carrot (at least that what the rumors say). XD

That sounds so cool, I wanted to do something like that, but as I had previously said, I still wanted to keep her body whole... without limbs dropping everywhere lol
I still don't consider Gumi that great... Kaito is much better than Gakupo any day.
but yeah I've seen Gumi with her carrots lol. Well it does suit her design. Orange clothes and green hair.

And I don't think Gumi really compares to the other female vocaloids as much.. It's probably her design that's really lacking the most. She just doesn't seem like she would fit in with the others.
