Desktop icons are work of Susumu Yoshida, a quick google search should get you his site.
My visual style has been released at UndergroundGUI, but Blitzr's skin is much better, and on his deviation gallery.

What icons are those that you're using for Photoshop, Finder, CAD (CoverSutra Icon), and the desktop drive icons?
Also, what dock are you using?

Desktop Folders are Smooth Leopard by susumu yoshida, drive icons are agua extras vol. 1, and Finder is Cats 2 by susumu yoshida. I'm using a white mod of the niqu dock.
