Based on an inside joke withBasicly, in our roleplays, we joke that Blue's IQ have actually lowered (wow) to the point where his stupidity REPELS knowledge!
We also concluded he couldn't read because he didn't read signs and books.... well... flee in terror. Aka his knowledge repelling ability (try picture him in a library, ho boy XD)
The title? A joke due to the music I was hearing while drawing this. [link]

The Monster Book of Monsters bites. and won't open normally unless you rub it the right way (literally!), which I can't imagine Blue'd even try to attempt. So, Blue wouldn't possibly get any knowledge from it, and therefore I can't imagine the Monster Book of Monsters being afraid of him.
