A list off all the spells Cecile knows

From top to bottom:

Tracking Ball: Allows the user to track down a specific person/object, no matter where they are. The ball grows bigger the closer the user is to their target.

Smokescreen: Creates a cloud of thick black smoke. Can be used as a distraction for a quick escape or to find cover.

Lockpick: Allows the caster to break any lock.

Lightning Bolt: While Cecile doesn't really use offensive magic, she has learned a couple just in case. Lightning Bolt fires a blast of electricity at the target.

Psychic Sight: A spell perfect for a detective. If the caster touches an object owned by the target (i.e. a cellphone, clothes etc.) the user will be able to see where the target currently is. Handy for tracking down missing people or kidnappers.

Strip Charm: Prevents Cecile from losing her clothes outside of her own free will. Any attempt to strip her will backfire and strip the opposing person instead.

Censor Steam: Covers Cecile in a thick steam whenever she's naked. Only activates when in danger of being seen nude by someone she doesn't want to see and only goes away when she says so.
