Mmmm i really enjoyed designing this one and they have a bit more thought and effort put into their design, so theyre gonna be like a buck more expensive ;-;

CupcakePupz's TOSCommission Rules: I will only draw things I list on my commission sheet. Do NOT pressure me if I say I cannot/will not draw a specific thing for you, or you will be put on the strikelist. If this offense repeats, you will be blacklisted. If I don't list something in either the "can do" or "won't do" sections, ask before requesting it. All commissions final. I will not refund points back for the work. Whether you happen to sell/trade/gift the character featured, or just decide you don't want the image anymore, I will not refund the points for the commission. Please be aware I am a minor and need to deal with school and school deadlines. I will not leave you waiting without updates, but if I am a little late, please respect the fact that I have certain priorities. If your commission is late, I will send updates regarding what stage it is at. If it ends up a week late, I will be willing to refund certain amounts of points depending on if you're still interested. I have every right to reject a commission if it makes me uncomfortable. If I reject you commission because of this, do NOT pressure me to do it or keep asking. Nor should you keep pestering me to answer why it makes me uncomfortable. If It makes me uncomfortable, you need to respect that. Otherwise, you may be strikelisted or blacklisted. Adoption Rules: I can hold an adopt for up to 48 hours. I prefer a down payment most of the time to make sure your serious about buying, but if you communicate with me, I can make exceptions. If you want me to hold an adopt for longer than 48 hours, I would require a down payment to make sure you're serious about buying. Depending on how long you want the adopt held, determines if I can hold it that long/how much it'd cost. Communicate with me for details. I HIGHLY prefer points at this moment, however I may lower the amount of points needed to adopt if you decide to add art on top of that. (NOTE: most of the time, I cannot lower an adopt's price more than half. However, If I highly value your work, I may lower it more. It depends on the situation, and the art) Auction Rules:Art is ONLY an add on. I will only accept the SB that i have listed. If you offer art, it will not lower the amount of points you must offer. DO NOT hide comments or bids out of the blue. You must communicate with me, and I'll understand if you need to remove your bid. Hiding comments out of the blue is disrespectful and confusing to fellow bidders and myself, and ends up causing confusion and chaos. I can and will give you a strike for doing so. Do not bid if you cannot purchase! If you bid more than you can pay, the adopt will go back up for auction. You are risking a strike, and I will not hesitate to put on you the strikelist if this is a reoccurring issue. If you AB or pay more than the SB on an adopt, fail to claim, and then proceed to SB when it goes back up for auction, I will take note. This is incredibly sketchy, and will send a red flag that you just wanted an adopt for cheaper. Design/Owner rules: You are free and welcome to change the design. My only request is that you don't make extreme changes to the design. I put passion and hard work into my designs and would appreciate if they stayed pretty original. You MUST credit me for the design, even if you changed certain parts. I don't need to be tagged or mentioned in every uploaded artwork of them, but if anyone asks or you upload to TH, credit me as the creator.You may sell the design for as much as you bought it for + any commissioned works or art of your own. If I feel like the violation was extreme, I will move you to the blacklist with no prior strikes needed. You may also be striked/blacklisted if you are harassing, rude, or are just being downright disrespectful. Please follow my TOS if you wish to purchase from me, and treat me with common decency as I will to you. People on my blacklist are forbidden from obtaining any designs or commissions created by me. They cannot purchase, have a friend purchase for them, or trade for my designs or commissions in ANY WAY. They also cannot be gifted any designs or commissions created by me. If you have given a blacklisted individual one of my designs or commissions AFTER reading my TOS, you will be immediately blacklisted with no prior warning. If someone has purchased a design or a commission by me, PRIOR to being blacklisted, they still have all rights to the design/artwork. They still MUST follow the TOS's rules on owning a design made by me. My strikelist is for people who have violated my TOS, but not harshly enough to be blacklisted. They can still purchase my designs, but if they commit any more violations, they will likely be blacklisted.
