well, if you made it yourself it wouldnt be that hard. take the length of the scarf, double it in width, then sew the to materials you want together. sew every end except one, the turn it inside out so that the seams are on the inside of the scarf.then add some frills or something to the end to cover up the last seam.
i dunno. maybe they sell a scarf like that at a hot topic or something.
