== Axis POV ==
Nearly 8 years had passed since the encounter with Ryder. In that time, Ruby and Ray had been a handful, but so had our entire little family. Along with Ruby and Ray, three new members had joined me and Jewel's little family. Cirtrine, a jolteon, Zap, a Pichu and Lilac, a lovely Eevee. It made us so happy; and despite that, our family was anything but ordinary. In an odd spectrum of things, we had a somewhat odd family.
Ruby and Ray had been found by Kelsey, where exactly she found them, I have no idea; but either way, she seems to have brought them for us to watch. Me and Jewel had taken it upon ourselves to adopt them, though she continues to treat them like a real mother. Really sweet of her to take those little ones in out of the kindness of her heart.

At the beginning of the comic he was 16 and then in the 5 chapter he was 21 and now in the 6th chapter he is 29.
